Who is eligible to register a .EU domain
All .eu domain applicants must adhere to a strict geographic requirement.
.EU domain applicants need be to ONE of the following:
Undertakings having their registered office, central administration or principal place of business within the European Community;
Organisations established within the European Community without prejudice to the application of national law;
Natural persons resident within the European Community
Additional for ALL .EU domain applicants:
The address submitted in the .EU domain application must be an address within the European Community.
